About
xPizzaDay
xPizza Day is a first-of-its-kind event created by Anthony Pizzi and the NJ Pizza Alliance to explore the future of pizza through robots, AI, and autonomy. It brings together the companies building what’s next with the shop owners and fans who live pizza every day. From food and drink distributors to pizza kitchens to delivery, this is a hands-on look at how technology is changing the entire pizza world. You’ll see robots making pizza, tools that handle prep, and the introduction to autonomous delivery, all in one place, for the first time in the world.
The goal is simple: better food, better shops, and a better experience for everyone. When technology takes care of the repeatable work, people get more time to focus on quality, creativity, and hospitality. That means fresher ingredients, better menus, and less reliance on frozen and ultra-processed food. The NJ Pizza Alliance also co-organizes NJ Pizza Jam to celebrate New Jersey pizza, and now xPizza Day to help pizzerias grow into the future, not stay stuck in the past.

It’s a real conversation about robots, AI, autonomy, food distribution, and delivery. No sales pitches, just honest talk about how to make better food, run better shops, and prepare for what’s next.
